The study focused on the impact of technology adoption on organizational efficiency at the Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State. Data were collected from selected 110 staff members through questionnaires, of which 102 were returned, and analyzed using SPSS. The study identified ICT infrastructure, financial constraints, and staff attitudes and perceptions, revealing significant relationships among these constructs. Hypotheses testing revealed key findings: a 67% positive relationship between ICT infrastructure and organizational efficiency (R = 0.67, p < 0.05); a 60% positive correlation between financial constraints and organizational efficiency (R = 0.60, p < 0.05); and a 53% positive correlation between staff attitudes and perceptions and organizational efficiency (R = 0.53, p < 0.05). All hypotheses were statistically significant, indicating that improving these areas identified could enhance organizational efficiency. Based on these findings, the study recommended that the University implement tailored training sessions to address technological advancements, conduct periodic evaluations of technological tools, and promote inter-departmental collaboration to share best practices. These actions are expected to support technological adoption and improve overall efficiency.
